Beta Service

Audity is currently in beta / MVP. Features, pricing, and these terms may change as we move toward full launch. We'll notify waitlist subscribers of material changes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Audity platform, operated by Synergia Music™ ("Audity", "we", "us"). By accessing or using Audity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Audity is an AI-powered audio evaluation platform that provides feedback on music tracks from the perspective of A&R executives, music producers, and DSP curators. The platform analyzes uploaded audio files and generates text-based evaluation reports ("Feedback").

Audity is currently available as a prototype/beta. The service is provided "as is" and features may change, be discontinued, or behave inconsistently during this phase.

2. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital majority in your jurisdiction) to use Audity.
  • By using the service you represent that the information you provide (including your email) is accurate and that you have the authority to upload any content you submit.
  • In its current form Audity does not require account registration. Access is session-based. This may change in the full platform release.

3. User-Uploaded Content

By uploading an audio file to Audity you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the owner or authorized licensee of the audio content and have the right to submit it for processing.
  • Your content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law, contain unlawful material, or breach any third-party agreement.

You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded audio. Audity does not claim any ownership over your music.

By uploading, you grant Audity a limited, temporary, non-exclusive license to process your file solely to generate the evaluation Feedback. This license expires when your file is deleted from our systems (see Privacy Policy).

🔒 Your tracks are deleted after analysis. Never stored, shared, or used for AI training.

4. Intellectual Property

Audity's IP: The Audity platform, brand, design, models, algorithms, prompts, and all related technology are owned by Synergia Music™ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.

Feedback: The AI-generated Feedback reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may reference and act on Feedback for your own music development. You may not resell, repackage, or represent Feedback as your own expert analysis for commercial gain.

Your music: Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in your music to us. You remain the owner.

5. AI-Generated Feedback Disclaimer

Audity's Feedback is generated by AI systems and is provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. It does not constitute professional music industry advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of commercial success.

  • AI feedback may contain errors, inconsistencies, or outdated assessments.
  • A SIGN / DEVELOP / PASS verdict is a probabilistic signal, not a definitive industry judgment.
  • Audity does not represent or warrant that following the Feedback will result in any particular outcome, including label signings, playlist placements, or commercial performance.
  • The service is not affiliated with any record label, streaming platform, or music industry entity.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on Feedback, including whether to submit music to labels, release to streaming platforms, or make creative changes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Audity to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or evaluation logic.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.
  • Automate uploads or use the service in a way that disrupts normal operation.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these rules, without prior notice.

7. Beta Service & Availability

Audity is currently in beta. This means:

  • The service may be unavailable, slow, or produce unexpected results at times.
  • Features may be added, changed, or removed without prior notice.
  • Feedback quality and accuracy will improve as we develop the system.
  • We do not guarantee a specific service level, uptime, or feature set during the beta phase.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot be held liable for beta-phase disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Poland:

  • Audity and Synergia Music™ are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).
  • We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated Feedback or for outcomes resulting from submitting your music to third parties.
  • We are not responsible for lost, corrupted, or inaccessible data beyond what is covered by our Privacy Policy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synergia Music™, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your uploaded content; or (c) your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Audity at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly for violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have joined the waitlist and wish to be removed, contact us at kontakt@synergiamusic.pl.

Sections 4 (Intellectual Property), 5 (AI Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Privacy

Your use of Audity is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for waitlist subscribers) or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Audity after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
