Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Synergia Music™ ("Audity", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website and AI-powered audio evaluation platform. By using Audity you agree to the practices described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Email address — when you join the waitlist or contact us.
  • Audio files — tracks you upload for evaluation. Files are processed and permanently deleted from our servers after analysis is complete (typically within minutes).
  • Contact messages — any messages you send via our contact form.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.
  • Cookies and local storage — used for theme preferences and session management (see Cookies section).

2. Audio Files & AI Processing

When you upload an audio file for evaluation, it is transmitted securely to our servers. The file is:

  • Temporarily stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL + Storage) only for the duration of processing.
  • Analyzed using our in-house DSP pipeline (Librosa, Essentia, CLAP, Demucs) and sent in part to Anthropic (Claude) to generate AI-based feedback.
  • Deleted after analysis. We do not retain, share, or use your audio files for AI training.

The evaluation result (text feedback) may be retained temporarily for service quality purposes and is not linked to a persistent user account in our current MVP.

🔒 Your music is never stored permanently, shared with third parties, or used to train AI models.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Audity platform.
  • Process and deliver AI-generated track evaluations.
  • Communicate waitlist status and product updates (email).
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and misuse of the service.
  • Analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve the product (no individual profiling).
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Providers

We share minimal data with trusted service providers who help us operate Audity. All providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as instructed.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

Audity uses minimal browser storage:

  • Theme preference (pys-theme in localStorage) — stores your light/dark/system mode preference. No personal data.
  • Session data — temporary data to support the upload and evaluation flow. Cleared when the session ends.

We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or any analytics tools.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (Poland (EU / GDPR)), you may have rights including:

  • Access to personal data we hold about you.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We notify affected users in the event of a material data breach as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for waitlist subscribers) or prominently on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
